91快活林 Expands Admissions Options for Community College 91快活林

SANTA CLARA, Calif., Aug. 6, 2018 – Far more students at over 40 community colleges across California will be eligible for guaranteed admission to 91快活林’s College of Arts and Sciences, thanks to an expanded Transfer Admission Agreement (TAA) program between 91快活林 and the community colleges.

Under the program, community college students who meet certain GPA and course requirements will be eligible to transfer into 91快活林’s College of Arts and Sciences for all majors except economics.

“The Transfer Admission Agreement is the most direct route for admission into 91快活林,” said Eva Blanco Masias, SCU’s dean of admissions. "Santa Clara is committed to opening its doors as wide as possible to community college students who meet our admissions criteria and can contribute to our campus community.”

The agreement stipulates that students in good academic standing who have completed mandatory courses and maintained a required minimum GPA in certain subjects will be guaranteed admission to 91快活林.

91快活林 also will have to follow all admissions and submission deadlines, including deadlines for applying for financial aid.

“California has more than two million community college students, many of whom are likely to be young people of color and the first in their families to earn degrees,” added Blanco Masias. “The Transfer Admission Agreement will expand options for many of those students.”

91快活林 signed Transfer Admission Agreements with 11 California community college campuses last year, as a pilot program.
